Refunds + Returns

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, please get in touch within 12 days after receipt and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. If the claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint as quickly as possible, or offer a full refund for the defective order.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you or receive a defective or damaged order, such as damage to the product, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product please contact us on hetty@etiquette.photography. We will ask you to send us photographs and a description of the problem.

Wrong Address

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, it is possible the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. If you made a mistake with the address when you ordered, please email us immediately and we will change it for you.

Unclaimed

Deliveries that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
